1. The cutting board
Splitbite helps you drop a stuck pile on a local board, cut a NextBite with an in-app nested agent and SKILL packs, seat a TimeBlock and checklist, Accept a lime writeback, loosen a hard line, and walk the checks. You use Splitbite on your own iPhone; there is no Splitbite account in this build. The product is not a team project manager and not a clinical tool.
2. Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to use the photos, screenshots, pasted threads, and spoken lines you add. Do not use Splitbite to harass anyone, upload unlawful content, or treat nested-agent output as medical, legal, or professional advice. Splitbite does not guarantee that a bite, time block, checklist, or loosened line will finish the stuck work for you.
3. Optional cloud features
DeepSeek cuts run only after you Allow AI data sharing (Allow this cut / Allow & continue). Declining (Keep it on the phone) keeps local board CRUD, bites, checks, and parked cuts. Cloud processing follows the Privacy Policy.
4. No tracking SDK in this build
This tip does not request App Tracking Transparency and does not ship Adjust or Firebase Analytics. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
5. No purchases in this build
This tip has no In-App Purchases, subscriptions, or Restore flow.
6. Intellectual property
Splitbite, its night butcher-block chrome, and related marks belong to their owners. Piles, bites, checks, and tone lines you create remain yours, subject to the licenses you grant DeepSeek when you Allow a cut.
7. Disclaimer
Splitbite is provided as-is for personal stuck-work unstick. Nested-agent output may be incomplete or wrong — review every Accept before you act on a bite. Splitbite is not legal or medical advice and never promises a finished pile. We are not liable for unfinished work or for lost local data after you delete the app.
